What this site does with your information.

Last updated 27 October 2026. This policy describes what tuminomarketing.com actually collects and where it goes. It is written to match the site's implementation; if the implementation changes, this page changes with it.

Who is responsible

Tumino Marketing is a trading name of Tumino Marketing Corp, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Questions about this policy go to contact@tuminomarketing.com.

What is collected, and why

Complimentary account review and agency applications. Business type, approximate monthly Meta spend bracket, website, name, email and an optional account question. Recognised campaign source and campaign labels from the current page link may also be included. Used to decide fit and reply to you.
Deep audit requests. The same contact details plus recent spend, months the account has run and the question you want answered. Used to confirm suitability before any invoice.
Checklist download. First name and email, plus a separate opt-in box for occasional email notes. The checklist is delivered either way; notes are sent only if the box is ticked.
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing typed into it is transmitted or stored.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by the site's hosting provider's form service (Netlify Forms) and made available to Tumino Marketing Corp. Email notifications depend on the configured hosting settings. Where that service is not available, the site opens a pre-filled email in your own mail client instead; nothing is sent until you send it. Submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to and, where an engagement follows, to deliver the work, and are then deleted on request.

Analytics

The site records interaction events (a call-to-action click, a form started, a form completed, a booking link clicked) with no personal values attached: no names, emails, websites or free-text answers are ever placed in analytics events. These events remain in the page’s temporary data layer unless an analytics service is separately connected. This preview does not load Google Analytics or a Meta pixel. Form success is recorded only after the endpoint accepts the request; a calendar click does not mean a meeting was booked.

Scheduling

If a scheduling link is offered after an application, it opens a third-party scheduling page under that provider's own privacy terms. Submitting an application does not by itself book a meeting.

Your choices

Email contact@tuminomarketing.com to see, correct or delete what has been submitted, or to withdraw a marketing opt-in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Details are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
