Who this is for
Different businesses. A considered approach.
- You want help understanding and improving your Meta account, whatever your current spend
- You want budget decisions grounded in your margins, lead quality and business goals
- Creative is produced in-house or by a partner; you want testing direction, not a studio
- You want direct communication with the person making decisions in your account
- The right level of support: a review, a detailed audit or ongoing management
- Pre-launch businesses are welcome; setup and implementation are quoted separately
- Realistic goals and a useful testing plan, without a guaranteed ROAS
- Any production, landing-page or email work is scoped separately from management
What you get
The work, spelled out.
Scope is media buying. It is written down so nothing gets folded in silently and nothing gets quietly dropped.
Account strategy and hands-on management
Campaign structure built for how Meta's delivery actually works today, launches, and the daily decisions inside the account. You keep ownership of the ad account; I run inside it and you can see every change.
Creative performance analysis and testing direction
Which angles, formats and hooks get budget next, and why, read from the account's own data. You or your partner produce the assets; I tell you what to make and what to stop making.
Budget pacing and scaling decisions
A spend target agreed with you up front, paced against your break-even, with written kill and scale gates so the calls are mechanical when the pressure is highest.
Funnel and conversion diagnosis
When the account looks fine and the revenue does not, the problem is usually the page, the offer or the tracking. You get the diagnosis and a ranked fix list; the build is your developer's or a scoped project.
Tracking and account-structure troubleshooting
Pixel and Conversions API deduplication, event priority, domain verification, naming and UTMs. Checked before the first dollar and again after every theme or app change.
Not included: asset production, landing-page builds, email and SMS, and major tracking rebuilds. Each can be scoped separately; none is ever folded silently into management.
How it runs
The first eight weeks, then month to month.
Audit and rebuild
Full read of the account, tracking verified end to end, break-even and kill gates written with you, structure rebuilt where it needs it. Nothing scales until the foundation is right.
Test and pace
Angle and creative tests run against the gates, budget paced to the agreed target, one weekly read that says what was cut, what was scaled and why. Changes are based on the available evidence and the purpose of each test.
Scale on evidence
Month to month with 30 days' notice either way. Budget changes are explained against the agreed targets, with the cause of a performance change investigated before reacting.
Objections, answered
The questions a founder should ask.
Why not a full-service agency?
A specialist can make sense when you already have creative and website support. Here, you work directly with the person managing your Meta account. If you need a full-service team, that may be the better fit.
Why not hire in-house?
An in-house hire can be a good choice when the workload and budget justify it. External management gives you focused media buying support without taking on a permanent role. We can discuss which fits your business.
What happens when performance drops?
We investigate before making broad changes. Tracking, creative, conversion rate and acquisition economics get checked in that order before any budget moves. You see the read and the reasoning, in writing, the same week.
Do I have to supply creative?
Yes. Testing direction is included; production is not. You get a written brief of what to make next and why, built from the account's own data. If you need a studio, I can point you at ones I have worked with.
What does it cost?
From $2,000 USD a month, set against account scope and spend, with an eight-week initial engagement, then monthly with 30 days’ notice. Ad spend is separate and paid by you to Meta. Full terms are on the pricing section of the homepage.
