For agencies
More buying experience.
An extension of your team.
You lead the client relationship. I support the buying: account management, creative testing direction and budget pacing, with reporting that fits your team’s workflow.
Per-account pricing, published below. No per-seat retainer.
Who this is for
Buying support for your next stage of growth.
- You manage client accounts and need experienced Meta buying support across niches and spend levels
- You want experienced buying support and a consistent point of contact
- You need reporting you can put your name on, in your format, on your cadence
- You would rather pay per account and keep the margin than add headcount
- Agencies that need someone on client calls every week as part of your team (possible, but priced as embedded, not white-label)
- No minimum ad spend; we scope support around the work each account needs
- Creative production, landing pages and email require separate support
How the handoff works
Discreet by design, written down.
Partner permissions only
We agree the appropriate partner permissions for each client account. Access and roles remain visible to authorised account administrators. No passwords are shared.
You are the only contact
I talk to you, in whatever channel you run (Slack, email, a weekly call). I have no contact with your client unless you invite it, and if you do, I show up as your team.
Yours to forward
A weekly read per account in your template or mine: what was cut, what was scaled, why, and what is being tested next. Written so your account manager can send it as their own and answer questions on it.
What you keep
The rate card, on the page.
Indicative pricing to help you assess the fit. Final fees depend on account scope and the support your team needs.
Wholesale Meta buying
- I run the buying, you keep the client and the brand
- Reporting delivered in a format you can forward as your own
- No contact with your client unless you invite it
- Per-account pricing, not a per-seat retainer
A clear fee for the work involved.
Support starts at $1,500 USD per account per month. We agree the accounts, reporting, responsibilities and any client-facing work before quoting.
No minimum ad spend. Setup, creative production and additional implementation are quoted separately. You set your own client pricing.
Management starts with eight weeks, then continues monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Objections, answered
The questions an agency owner should ask.
How is the working relationship handled?
Communication and reporting run through your agency. We agree client-facing roles and any disclosure requirements before starting; account administrators may be able to see assigned access.
What if you take the client?
I do not take clients from agencies I work with, and that goes in the agreement. The white-label rate exists because you own the relationship; poaching it would end the model.
How many accounts can you take?
Few, on purpose. One senior buyer per account is the product, and it caps the roster. If I am at capacity you will hear it on the first call, not after onboarding.
What if the client churns mid-month?
We agree responsibilities per account. The initial engagement is eight weeks, then monthly with 30 days’ notice; client churn does not automatically cancel an agreed term.
Can you join client calls as our team?
Yes, as an embedded buyer rather than white-label, with client calls and additional responsibilities included in the agreed quote. Say so on the application and it gets scoped that way.
Next step
Discuss agency support.
Share a little context, then choose a time to discuss the accounts, spend levels and reporting support you need. I will confirm scope and pricing before work begins.
