How I approach the account

The next move
needs a reason.

Every account is different. Before making changes, here’s what we need to understand.

01 What is holding the account back?

Review the offer, tracking, campaign structure and customer journey together. A campaign change should address a specific constraint.

StructureTrackingOfferCustomer journey
02 What will this creative test teach us?

Each creative teaches us something different—whether it’s the angle, format, style or copywriting. We’ll discuss what optimal results look like and use that to plan the next test.

03 What justifies the next budget change?

Before increasing spend, we must understand what’s working, why it’s working, what it currently costs to acquire a customer (CAC), your break-even floor (BE ROAS), and whether the data justifies a budget change.

Where it started

My first store
opened in 2017.

I opened my first ecommerce store in 2017. By 2019, I was scaling my own stores to multiple six figures, learning firsthand how the ads, offer and customer experience work together. I even hired a team of six virtual assistants—well before the AI boom! These original reports and recordings show how far I’ve come, and I’m proud of this journey.

Meet Nic

I’ve sat on both
sides of the account.

I’m Nic Tumino. For the past eight years, I’ve worked on Meta campaigns and built ecommerce stores myself. I understand the account decisions and the business behind them.

Today, I work with businesses across niches and spend levels. I lead the strategy and account decisions, with support from my team where needed.

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do you work with my niche or budget?

I work across niches and don't require a minimum Meta ad spend. We'll discuss your goals, your current setup and what level of support makes sense.

What is the difference between the review and audit?

The complimentary review is a focused conversation with practical suggestions. The paid audit goes deeper and provides a written, prioritised plan for your account, audiences and creative testing. Implementation is agreed separately.

Do I need more audiences or campaigns?

That depends on your account and the question we're trying to answer. We'll assess consolidation, audience options and retargeting in context, rather than adding campaigns simply to make the structure more complex.

Who will I work with?

I lead the strategy and account decisions. Assistants and team support can help with delivery as needed; we'll make responsibilities clear when we agree the scope.
